5 devil press

5 wall balls

10 weighted leg raises

100 meter run

rest 1 minute

5 minute AMRAP:

5 db burpees

5 shoulder press

10 weighted dead bugs

100 meter run

rest 1 minute and repeat from the top

*swap out an AMRAP for time on the bags
