:30 pigeon pose each leg

10 90/90 hip rotations

10 air squats

300 meter run*

20 sit ups

at minute 20 begin

15 minute AMRAP:

3 hang power cleans

6 push ups

9 air squats

100 meter run**

*swap out 300/400 meter row
