Partner A: rows 300 meters/run 200 meters

Partner B: works on the following:

100 box jumps

100 deadlifts

100 bar facing burpees

100 kb swings

Partner’s must alternate between run/row

Finish where your parnter left off until each movement is completed before moving on to the next.
