30 Sec @ each Station:
Light Jabs on Heavy Bag
Jump Rope
Air Squats (2 sec pause @ bottom)
Push Up Double Shoulder Tap
Walking Lunges
Front Kicks to Heavy Bag
Warm up will start at 9:00am. If you arrive past 9am you can just jump into a station and continue through the end of the AMRAP.
Metcon (No Measure)
BOXCAMP Workout: Athletes rotate through stations including a heavy bag station. Boxing or MMA gloves are required for this workout. HCF has 2 extra sets of gloves if you do not have your own.
