This is not a quick fix or restrictive weight loss plan. And it definitely NOT Paleo! The HCF Nutrition Challenge is a 45 day Challenge (starting Oct 3rd) focusing on positive and realistic changes that could potentially change the way you eat for the rest of your life. Wa-hoo!

Our focus is on making positive food choices, reduce sugar cravings and encourage development of healthy habits. Basically, we are re-setting your relationship with food. Sounds good?? OF Course it does!
